What changes am I making this year?

The two changes I am focusing on now are cutting down on sugar and getting more active.

I don’t enjoy going to gym for work outs and I find cycling on a static bike unbearable boring, so it is a struggle for me. Instead of trying to transform into a gym bunny, I am focusing on getting to my yoga class every Monday. It is a small step, but I always feel so much better after yoga. I have booked out this time in my diary and I am actively not accepting meetings during this time. There is a second class I want to add to my routine but until the end of January this is my #ONEsmallCHANGE to getting more active.

Cutting down on the sugar is proving a lot harder. I only have added sugar in my coffee, but I have 4/5 cups of coffee a day, so it is a lot of sugar. I have changed to a smaller spoon when I am at home and I find I don’t need to add sugar to cappuccinos or lattes when I order from coffee shops. I have also swapped sugar in my tea to honey. I am really struggling with this though but this #ONEsmallCHANGE is a start right?

    I’m cutting down on sugar and grain. I miss my bread, but heck I would even have bread with dinner, that’s how bad I was 🙂
