It is time to FLOURISH!
I haven’t done a word of the year properly for a while. I haven’t really done much planning or focusing at the beginning of the year for a few years.
It is time to get a little organisation and focus back in my life so I spent a few days waiting for my word of the year to appear and it did!
My word of the year for 2023 is FLOURISH!

I have spent a lot of years doing the hard work. I have been deep in the trenches, working, growing, sweating, failing, succeeding, hustling, surviving.
It has been exhausting.
The constant treading water, holding my breath and daily anxiety – it has been draining.
But it is now time for the blood, sweat and tears to pay off. It is time for me to not just survive but THRIVE and PROSPER!
It is time to FLOURISH!
Don't focus on negative things; focus on the positive, and you will flourish.
The focus for the year is on reaping what I have sown, watching my hard work flourish, thrive and prosper.
It is time for my business to FLOURISH.
It is time for my health to FLOURISH.
It is time for my relationship to FLOURISH.
It is time for friendships to FLOURISH.
It is time for my dreams to FLOURISH.
I am excited for everything the year ahead holds for my family.
