Gluten-free Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Dates, chopped
  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • 3/4 cups Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-free Flour (plus 2 TBSP)

Method
 

  1. Place the dates and the hot water in the food processor and blend until blended smooth.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients one by one and blend until smooth and blended well.
  3. Pour into a greased square cake tin.
  4. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes
