Valentine’s Day Craft Activities

Valentines Day Activities for Kids | HarassedMom

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and we are getting busy creating all the pretty heart craft activities. We don’t really focus much on romantic love but rather on general love and friendship.

These Valentine’s Day Craft Activities are all so much fun and each one creates something so pretty and happy that you can decorate your home with or share as gifts with family and friends. When you share happiness and love, only good things can happen right?

I have put together a list of fun Valentines Day activities you can do with your kids of all ages. We have tried out some of these and I have some of them on my list to try out during February.

Valentine’s Wreath – replace your Christmas wreath with a cute Valentines Day one.

3D Heart Valentine’s Day Crafts – We actually have done this craft and it came out so well. It is a little tricky to make with toddlers but is so worth it.

Crayon Valentines Day Card – I haven’t done this exact craft but we have made the heart shaped crayons from crayons and it is so cool. I love this idea for a group of kids to celebrate.

Toddler-Friendly DIY Painted Valentines Day Crafts – This is a gorgeous craft and promises to be mess free. I know that some mamas struggle with the mess of crafts and painting. This one is for you.

How to make a DIY Monster Love Bug – How cute are these little bugs and you don’t have to make them for Valentines Day only.

DIY Handprint Valentine Crafts – I love this craft. It can be used as a great gift for grandparents.

DIY Valentines Day Rose Filled Heart Card – How gorgeous is this card? I hav seen this idea a few times and need to just sit down and give it a try.

Easy Toddler Valentines Day Craft – This is a classic activity but one we still haven’t tried. What I love about this is that it uses recycled materials and all you really need is pain.

Valentine’s Resist Art – This is another cool painting activity for toddlers. It requires little prep and you can leave them to go wild with the paint.

Valentine’s Day Sponge Art – I have added this project to our list of projects to do in February. You can have lots of fun with this and make different size sponges.

Crystal Hearts – We have made crystals before and it is a fun project to do and you can make any shapes you want.

DIY Handprint Salt Dough Hearts – Salt dough is always fun to make. We made it last year and it makes very cool decorations.

Hearts In a Frame – We made this and it is currently in our entrance hall. It makes me very happy every time I walk past it.

You will, without a doubt find a Valentines Day craft in this list. There is something for kids of all ages from toddlers to teenagers.

Have you made any of these?
